• Meet for initial preparation of the artwork to establish:

  • Key messages and elements to incorporate a story into the artwork relevant and related directly with the business

  • Understand business operations, vision and core values

  • Timelines

  • Colours etc

• Draft physical drawing created to have an idea on patterns and shape of the artwork, prior to digital design commencing. NOTE* max 2 (two) x minor changes permitted of design layout before moving to digital design

• Commence digital design of the artwork in vector (EPS) format

• Upon design being finalised, a PDF presentation will be created to incorporate:

  • Artwork story

  • Sections/elements and meanings of traditional symbols used within artwork

  • Reasons and rationales of artwork and how it relates to the business

• Consultation commencement with business unit/focus group to establish:

  • Confirmed wording

  • Appropriate placement and quantity. E.g - Placed in meeting rooms over office and or 1 major piece in a foyer or entrance

  • Signage sizing

  • If artwork is required (existing within business OR new artwork to be created by Marramarra Design)

• Draft created and to be approved by business unit or focus group

• Vector (EPS) file created

• If artwork required - Draft drawing created, prior to digital design

• Once design approved move to digital design of artwork to coincide with Acknowledgement

• Vector (EPS) file created

• PDF presentation of artwork and Acknowledgement created for business to showcase
